THE FOUR STEP ASSESSMENT
STEP ONE: B - BELIEF
Before we worry about structure or chapters, we want to understand the belief driving the message. Every strong nonfiction book begins with something the author believes deeply about life, faith, work, or people.
STEP TWO: O - ONE READER
You have the most impact when you know who you're talking to. We'll make sure you're confident you know who your idea reader is.
STEP THREE: O - OUTCOME
A good book transforms people! This is critical to writing a book that sells, gets positive reviews, and spreads like wildfire. In the workshop, we'll test out your transformation to make sure it's a solid one.
STEP FOUR: K - KNOWLEDGE
We'll review on a high level what you have for your book and how we can craft it into a strong framework that keeps readers going and raving.
